So I never really thought about it much, but yeah.... The only TV show I watch is The Good Wife, which features not just one but two exceptional women - Alicia, natural born lawyer and Kalinda, natural born PI. To its credit, though, the show does attempt to balance them against at least one exceptional man - Eli, natural born campaign manager. Going back to Wonder Woman herself...I was never really taught to question it, having been raised the furthest thing from a feminist in a household where I was allowed to - and openly did - adore, you know, Wonder Woman - but I'm glad you've pointed this endlessly ancient, now that I think about it, trope out for further thought.
