I would have *loved* to have someone like you when I started at my current job.

I crafted the on-boarding documents for the people who eventually filled my old job (there are three of them not keeping the pace I did, but that's not really their fault, I had ten years of experience triaging it by the time I shifted to development.)

People really don't think about how much knowledge transfer needs to happen and how much some people flounder when it isn't done.
