Oh yeah. I've had email correspondence with coworkers where my first name is part of my email address, and I sign with my name, etc and they still spell my name wrong.

I also get called Brenda, Brenna, Brianna, Heather, and Gretchen a lot.

I've always found it incredibly disrespectful. I go out of my way to know peoples' names and spell them correctly. It's a basic tenet of civility.
