I am so sorry you have to deal with Chicago drivers on a daily basis! They're scary and unpredictable when they come up into Wisconsin, so I can only imagine what they're like when they're in a place where they know where they're going. Although, I am assuming that being in an unfamiliar place with different traffic laws would make them more cautious, but the evidence may not bear this out.
