I do disagree that Big Pharma isn't a problem for the common people, though. (Gosh, common people. I don't know how else to put that without sounding like a Marxist.) Big Pharma has resulted in a lot of good things in terms of the treatment of illnesses, but they also are not selfless and entirely ethical. They don't run on altruism! I know with diabetes medications, they've pulled some bullshit moves which actually make it more difficult to get affordable drugs and better ways to manage diabetes.
