I haven't read through the sleep article yet, but I read one sometime mid-2021 that was some doctor griping about "people don't understand that sleep is simple, drink less caffeine and exercise and spend less time on your screens and you'll sleep! they just want to pop a pill" and I was like wow, way to fucking wave a banner that says you've never had trouble sleeping! I've had a hard time falling asleep since I was three, when I was banned from caffeine, ran around all day, and didn't have screens. So actually, there's rather more to it than that, as you said.
