I'm going to see if we can't fax the paperwork to the doctor's office and have them fax it back (oooh, something that's been faxed multiple times! that'll be super easy to read!) and see if that works. I don't know if they need a "real" signature or if a faxed one will work. I also, frankly, don't know what's keeping me from signing it myself. Fuck.
