One tiny thing, since you are asking for feedback: maybe you could reword the part where you're talking about speaking up when other people are making rape jokes so that it doesn't say exactly "silence indicates consent." I know exactly what you mean, as I've begged male friends many times not to support sexism tacitly by saying nothing. But "silence indicates consent" is also an idea that's prevalent in rape culture: she didn't say no, so it was fine to go ahead. Totally different concept - it just kind of threw me out of the point you were trying to make when I read that.
