First of all, I am sorry for your losses. I can't imagine the trauma of miscarrying, let alone having to lose your child in a hospital toilet. Sadly, I don't think medical staff are often taught how urgent and horrific a miscarriage can be, even if it a complete one. It is still the loss of a child, not just a medical occurrence. I'm really sorry this happened to you.
Second of all, I am disgusted that D&Cs will no longer be taught. I've known many women who have needed them. They are very much a life saving procedure. I don't understand why anyone would choose to not fund teaching of it.
