I live in a big city with great public transit (well... it takes forever but that's kind of par for the course) and owning a car is hella expensive so... I don't. I've had a learner's permit SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES but keep not being able to find time to practice driving (or like, right now, my husband's car needs a front end alignment, making it very difficult to drive because it pulls to the left). Frustrating! Parks are at least a mile from us, every one of them.
