What’s your favorite bed time ritual? Maybe it’s for yourself, as an adult or when you were a child, something you do or something someone else does for you. Maybe it’s what you do for your own children, or someone else you care about. What calms you down and helps you sack out?

My favorite way to fall asleep is to have my fiance talk me to sleep. It's so soothing to hear his voice in my ear as I'm drifting off. We spent most of the summer in separate countries and he used to talk me to sleep on Skype. We just continued the ritual when he came back to Canada.
